Many phones today have GPS functionality built-in. And if your phone is one of them there is tons of great GPS software available for you to take full advantage of.

CoPilot really seems to do a good job. I think they are a pretty good developer and enterprise solution for location-based mobile solutions.

What about Wayfinder Navigator?
I have used the Wayfinder Navigator (referred also as Wayfinder 7) on my mobile phone, but the homepage shows that it also supports Windows Mobile 5/6
