image_thumb20What would you be able to do with a browser that doesn’t suck? Just imagine all the possibilities.

Ok so what are our options for a Windows Mobile Browser that doesn’t suck?

Opera Mobile 9.5 is probably my favorite.

Deepfish may be a viable alternative to Opera, but Microsoft hasn't accepted new testers into their pool for many months, and hasn't updated their team blog since March 2007.

I'm still surprised that it's taking Microsoft so long to make a decent mobile browser. Obviously, the WinMo team could probably do more for PIE, if they can add page zooming for PIE in 6.1. PIE does the basics, but that's about it. I wonder when Microsoft will really get serious about going into the internet.

Quickboy,

I'd bet a "pretty penny" that Microsoft is about to really taking mobile Web browsing much more seriously. Basically I think people are expecting a full desktop level browser experience just custom tailored for their mobile device now. And Microsoft will have to step up to meet this expectation.

Thanks!

Netfront is by far the best.
